问学生几个问题:How many hours do you and your partaer sleep every day ?
What will happen if people do not have enough sleep ?
(学生可以畅所欲言,并在轻松的前提下进入本课的学习)
Step 2:新授:
1:出示学习目标:

2:略读课文,自学完成P48 3a.
3: 再读课文,合作完成P48 3b .
