Step1. Revision and coming to
1.Warmer:
1) Sing some English songs.
2) Play a game: Simon says.
2.Review:
T: What’s this? (Show pictures with a cat, a door, a cap one by one.)
Ss: It’s a (color + object).
3.Lead in :
T (Point to some desks): How many desks?多少张桌子?
(Show the colors)How many colors?多少种颜色?
(Show a picture with some cats.) How many cats?多少只猫?
Today, We’re going to learn about numbers, then you’ll can count out.
Step2.New concepts:
1. How many?
1) CAI: How many?
2) Get the Ss to watch the scream , and then T explains the meaning.
3) Drill: ①Get two lines to say one by one .
② The team which T points to speak out the sentence.
2. Numbers
1、One
1) CAI: One monkey.
2) Get the Ss to follow the T.
3) Get the first row to read one by one .
2、Two
1) Show the Student’s Book and Activity Book: How many? Two.
2) CAI shows the word, get them to read.
3) Get the Ss to follow, then get the second row to read one by one.
4) Activities: T orders and guides, Ss follow.
3、Three
1) CAI: Three pencils
2) Teach the word three, then get Row 3 to read one by one.
3) T sets an example: one, two (clap), three (sit up). Then get the Ss to do it.
4、Four
1) Point to four doors, ask: How many? then count .
2) CAI shows the word, get them to read.
3) Row4 to read one by one.
5、Five
1) Show a hand, then count: one ,two ,three, four, five. Teach five.
2) Ask some students to read, if he or she can read, T says: Give me five. and beat hands with him or her.
3) CAI: Olympic Opening Ceremony: Fuwa, then ask: How many? The Ss answer: Five.
6、Six
1) CAI: six eggs.
2) Get the Ss to follow, then Row 6 one by one.
3) Play a game: Passing game.
7、Seven
1) CAI: Seven Dwarfs.
2) Teach the word, then get Row 7 read one by one.
3) A game: Chaining Reaction.
8、Eight
1) Point to a row: How many pupils? Eight.

1) CAI: Point to the eight pictures one by one, get the Ss to call out the words of numbers.
2) Pair work: Ask and answer in pairs, then act out in the front.
3) Games: ①Listen and circle .Get two Ss to the front,circle the words that the T names with color pens.
②CAI: Flashing past. Look at the flash word, then call out what number it is .
③Read the phone numbers
④Draw .Get the Ss to draw and color, then tell what he or she drew.(No.+ color+ object)
