Teaching procedures:

Step1 . Sing a songGood morning.

Step2 . Greetings

Step3 .Learn the new words.

1.Show on the colour papers and say out the English names, get the SS to repeat.

2.Place the colours in different parts of the classroom. Explain that the teach will call out the colours and the students have to point to the correct ones.

3Work in pairs with “ What’s the colour?   It’s  red.”

Step4 . Learn the story.

1. Listen to the tape and get the SS to point to the relevant picture as they listen, then write out “What’s  the colour?   It’s  red.”on the balackboard.

2. Listen it again and get the SS say out the pictures.

Step 5. Work in pairs with

What’s the colour?

It’s red.
