Not Li Yang but the chief lecturer ( Zhou Guangyao) from Crazy English came to our school. My God, I only know, the “ Six Thinking Hats” of Edward de Bono has its own chief lecturers. Li Yang does the same thing. It seems that Li Yang is doing a big business.

This afternoon Zhou Gaungyao gave a lecture for the junior students. From my understanding, Crazy English advocates the way of shouting out English sentences. The obvious advantage is that can help the English learners to get over the psychological obstacle in the speaking. As we know, for a Chinese person, fear of speaking, especially before the public, is the greatest single obstacle to our progress. At this point, Li Yang’s Crazy English is more a psychological therapy than a learning way of English.

To be honest, I have never touched a live Crazy English lecture, and know a little about it.  Tomorrow afternoon the senior students will attend the lecture. This is a good chance for me to learn something from it.
