A busy day yesterday.
Pity I didn’t renew my blog. Anyway I had finished all my paperwork.
Last late night I gave a quick look through the blog, and happened to read Patricliu’s messages to my blog. He would resume his blog soon. And also he mentioned that there wasn’t a big fog in his place. Actually we had a fairly big fog in Linzi. Maybe I used an excessive word “heavy”, which aroused misunderstanding. And according to the weather forecast there were heavy fogs in Shandong, making traffic really a big problem. And most express ways were shut down temporarily.
Climate is strange, and beyond our control. As a saying goes, “There are different heavens within a distance of 10 li”, which means the weather changes dramatically and perhaps there is a rain here while there isn’t any there not far away.
I remember that there was a time when I rode my bike back home from Yangzhai Township in Zichuan district. When I left my grandmother’s it was sunny in the afternoon, but it was just after 10 minutes that the sky was turning black, with clusters of dark clouds scattering, and rolling low over the treetops. A heavy rain poured dogs and cats. Obviously I was caught, and got wet all over. I had to ride hurriedly. To my astonishment, it was clear and fine when I arrived at the village of Sanyi, by the road linking Zhoucun and Zichuan. There was no rain at all and the ground was dry after I crossed the road. The road seemed to be a partition, or a magic line between raining area and non-raining area. Just after half an hour when I arrived home, a heavy rain started to pour, and my uncle also followed to come, with an additional raincoat for me. This was how that rain played a trick on us.
This morning it was still a little foggy. Qiguogudu@2006-11-21 10:42:13 |
